Gibney's Off-Licence is a family-run independent off licence based in Malahide, Co. Dublin, Ireland.

Age Restriction
It is illegal to purchase alcohol if you are under 18 years of age.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch or on delivery. Orders may be cancelled if satisfactory proof of age is not provided.

Gibney's Off-Licence operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request valid photographic identification at any stage of the ordering process. Our delivery partners may also require proof of age upon delivery before releasing your order.

If suitable proof of age cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. Any refund issued will be at the sole discretion of Gibney's Off-Licence and may be subject to applicable delivery or administrative charges.

Alcohol deliveries will only be made to persons aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where we believe alcohol may be supplied to a person under the legal purchasing age.

Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders where necessary.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are accepted only once payment has been authorised and the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's approved payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered.
